Appointments & Estimates
• Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. All appointments are subject to confirmation.
• Estimates: Any price quote provided before service is an estimate only. Additional issues may be discovered during service that could affect final costs.
• Cancellations: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Payment Terms
• Accepted Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
• Due Date: Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Non-Payment: Failure to pay may result in the withholding of your vehicle until payment is received, as permitted by local law.
Customer Responsibilities
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and in a safe condition for inspection or service.
• Remove any personal belongings before dropping off your vehicle.
• Inform our team of any known issues or past repairs to help ensure accurate diagnostics.
Warranty & Liability
• Service Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on certain parts and labor. Specific details will be provided at the time of service.
• Exclusions: We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or aftermarket modifications.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Journey Auto Repair will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
